I'm a UKCP registered Gestalt psychotherapist working with individuals, couples, and groups in London and online. My approach is collaborative and relational—I believe therapy works best when we explore your experience together with curiosity and care.
People come to therapy for many reasons—sometimes it's a specific issue, sometimes a general sense that something needs to change. I have particular experience supporting people through trauma, grief, addiction, and disordered eating, but my door is open to anyone ready to do the work of understanding themselves more deeply.

What is Gestalt Psychotherapy?
Gestalt is a relational approach to therapy that focuses on your present experience—what you're thinking, feeling, and sensing right now. Rather than primarily analysing the past, we explore how past experiences show up in the present moment.
In Gestalt therapy, the relationship between therapist and client is central. We work together collaboratively, with me offering observations and experiments that might help you develop greater awareness of patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
The goal isn't to "fix" you—it's to support you in becoming more fully yourself, with greater capacity for authentic expression, connection, and choice in how you live your life.
